ATLANT 3D launches AI materials discovery platform

ATLANT 3D announced the launch of NANOFABRICATOR PRO, a physical platform for AI-driven materials discovery. The platform connects AI-driven materials discovery with programmable atomic-scale fabrication, experimental validation and device prototyping to support the transition from design concepts to manufacturable materials and devices.

As AI is applied to materials discovery, validating AI-generated predictions remains a challenge. Conventional workflows often separate materials design, fabrication, characterization and manufacturing into separate processes, which can slow the movement from digital discovery to physical technology development.

NANOFABRICATOR PRO is powered by ATLANT 3D’s Direct Atomic Layer Processing (DALP) technology. The platform supports the company’s Physical AI Infrastructure for Matter and A-HUB Autonomous Materials Foundry by integrating AI-driven materials discovery, atomic-scale manufacturing and validation for applications in semiconductors, advanced packaging, quantum technologies and related fields.

Industrialized with Automated Industrial Robotics (AIR), NANOFABRICATOR PRO is a SEMI-compliant platform for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. AIR manufactures the platform in the U.S., supporting scalable production and ATLANT 3D’s U.S. expansion.

ATLANT 3D plans to develop self-driving platform capabilities based on NANOFABRICATOR PRO with integrated metrology and additional processing solutions. The company is seeking strategic partners across advanced technology sectors to support growth and further development of its Physical AI platform.
